Description
Contact Rubber Sealed Deep Groove Ball Bearings with Snap Ring: A popular choice where the housings is part of a machine frame, These deep groove ball bearings can sustain radial, axial or composite loads and because of its simple design, this bearing type can be produced to provide both high-running accuracy and high-speed operation. This bearing has two contact rubber seals in contact with the inner ring providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign matter and serve to retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. The snap ring is made from a spring steel material and fits into an annular groove around the outside of the bearing which is offset to one side.
Benefits: High-running accuracy and high-speed operation, snap ring location in housings, excellent grease sealing at low speeds, excellent protection against dust and water.
Note: These bearings are supplied pre-filled with grease, "/2AS" refers to Shell Alvania Grease S2
