Description
NAK SF Nitrile Oils Seals: Oil seals are used in a variety of different applications in which a rotating shaft is lubricated by oil or grease. They are engineered to facilitate the smooth operation of your equipment, serving as a barrier to prevent the leakage of oils and greases while also keeping foreign substances from entering. SF type seals have a special design featuring an additional inner rubber lining for better protection of the inner case. They have a rubber-covered outside diameter with a single sealing lip on the inside diameter. The SF types feature a garter spring which allows some give to prevent a build-up of friction. (Seals under 5mm width may not always feature a spring.)
Benefits: Excellent wear resistance, good running properties, high resistance to chemicals and petroleum-based fuels including petrol, diesel and LPG.
