Founded in 1768, JCS began as a London iron merchant before evolving into hose clip manufacture, fully committing to the product by the mid-20th century.

The introduction of Hi-Torque clamps in 1964 and the launch of the Hi-Grip range in 1982 drove major growth, supported by a move to a purpose-built Suffolk facility.

Today, JCS produces over 25 million hose clips annually in the UK, with all design, manufacturing and testing carried out in-house.

Rigorous quality control, full traceability, and internationally recognised approvals ensure JCS hose clips are among the strongest and most reliable in the world.
