These bearings are predominantly used for the bearing arrangements of screw drives and are an extremely economical solution for criteria such as a simple adjacent construction and low fitting costs. The larger sizes of these bearings – with a bore diameter of 60 mm to 100 mm are particularly suitable for bearing arrangements of large threaded spindles or rotating threaded nuts, in other words screw drives with a static spindle.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n      Double row axial angular contact ball bearings of series\r\n        ZKLF...2RS have two rows of balls with a contact angle of 60 Degrees.\r\n        The bearings are sealed on both sides with rubber seals and are\r\n        greased for life for the majority of applications. Additional seals\r\n        in the adjacent construction are not required.\r\n        In most applications, the initial greasing is sufficient for the\r\n        whole operating life. If necessary, re lubrication can be carried\r\n        out via a threaded connector from a central lubrication system on\r\n        the flange side or by means of a lubrication groove and\r\n        lubrication hole via the adjacent construction.\r\n        Axial angular contact ball bearings ZKLF..-2RS-PE correspond to series ZKLF but  have a run out tolerance within P5 to DIN 620, less stringent diameter tolerances  and the suffix PE. They are used where a lower positional  accuracy is acceptable.
