Dependent on installation design the lubricant may also be passed through the housing or spindle directly into the bearing at any point around the groove which has small  holes to direct the lubricant onto the mating surfaces. These are metric sized rod end bearings. Sizes 25 to 80mm are made of heat treatable C45V steel, sizes 90 to 120mm are made from EN-GJS-400-15 Steel and will operate within -50deg C to +200 deg C. Available in Right or Left hand threads, the Left hand threaded version has a letter L in the part number to denote the difference.
